Master in State Law from UERJ (Rio de Janeiro State University) and post-graduate “Lato Sensu” post-graduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law from the Labor Justices College (EMATRA), Daniel Apolônio is the president of the Labor Law Commission at the IAB (Institute of Brazilian Lawyers). He graduated from UERJ, in 1998. Legal Director of the Casa de España of Rio de Janeiro (CDE), is the author of the book “Labor Procedure, Volume 10”, Collection Topics of Law, Lumen Juris Editora, 2010. He joined DLA in 2013 and practices in Labor and Civil Law.
