With an undergraduate degree from the Faculdade Nacional de Direito [Law School] da Universidade do Brasil(currently UFRJ), in 1967, Francisco Domingues Lopes founded Domingues Lopes Advogados in 1995. Recognized for his broad experience in Labor Law, he was a prosecutor at the Audit Court of the City of Rio de Janeiro, where he served as chief sub-attorney for two periods - from June 1991 to August 1992 and from 1999 to 2014, when he retired. Effective member of the Superior Council of the IAB (Institute of Brazilian Lawyers), He was a member of the examining boards for public biddings, especially for the position of Labor Judge at the Regional Labor Court of the 1st Region.
